I'd also incentivize bowl wins more as well, that way it doesn't scream "perpetual little brother syndrome", but yes. I agree about the incentive.
 
I actually don't see a "Beat UGA" incentive in his current contract. He's still on the one from November 2009, right?
 
I'd be happy with a $500,000 bonus to any Tech head coach and $100,000 bonus for each of his position coaches for beating UGA. I don't care about the "little brother" perception.

I'm all for him getting a bigger bonus if he beats UGA. öööö, I'm all for a million dollar bonus if he beats UGA. Dead serious.

I don't think it will change his approach to that game as I think he wants to win it more than anyone, but what it does say to the fans is "This coach wants to win this game more than anyone and we will get his best efforts". In that regard, I don't think our fanbase has a problem coughing up additional dough to beat UGA. Hell I'd contribute to that bonus in a heartbeat!

This is a better plan. Include every coach we got. $500k for PJ, $250k for Roof, $50-$100 depending for everyone else. Hell lets throw some kick backs on the side from the slushfund to the players. ie. beat UGA twice in your career and we'll pay for grad school.

I beat UGA over 25 times in my career. How much in butthurt options is that worth?

Speaking of which, where is the butthurt market? I'd like to increase my holdings of butthurt.

I'm curious what my star ranking was as a punter would have been. I was before the days of the HS ranking lovefest. Hoever, I would have graded myself at a 3 to 3.5, being modest obviously. Also, I was more of a place kicker and kick off specialist.

What did you play again? any sports? i understand the safety concerns of why you opted out...those leather helmets probably didn't protect much.
