Playoffs?

It’s been a mafia run corrupt sport for over 100 years. This is just the latest iteration. This is why all of you should be for a 24plus team playoff. That’s the only way everyone gets a chance on the field and takes it out of the hands of the mafia. The 12 team playoff will continue to be corrupt because it will be dominated by the SEC and BIG. With a 24 team playoff they will have to let in everyone with a loss or 2. Then you will see these “elite” teams aren’t so elite when they can’t have bye weeks and cupcakes in between games. They’ll have to run thru a true gauntlet.

And Bama will beat all these teams quite easily, although the Bama/Washington game should be entertaining. Michigan and Texas have no chance.
 
As much as I hate the sec getting in over FSU it's not the mutts so I can sleep easy tonight

With a 12-team playoff, I can see conferences doing away with conference championship games. Next year, a team who plays in the first round of the playoffs, and makes it all the way to the championship will have played 16 games. Playing a conference championship game would be a 17th game, that’s a lot of football for college athletes.

You continually say “ooooo FSU” constantly, and now you’re upset? And if they went to the Rose Bowl and lost 26-0 like Iowa did last night, you would be right back to saying “ooooo FSU”.

The 2 programs I despise the most are UGA, Bama. And everyone can thank freaking Auburn for today. They are the only 2 teams I root to lose every week.

I’m a GT, USC fan. Not a freaking conference fan. Who gives a flying eff about conferences right now? They are much pretty toast anyway. Look at what starts next year. I don’t yell “ACC, ACC, ACC” or “P12, P12, P12” from the rooftops when someone wins.
 
I do think everyone, including FSU, need to remember they are in easy if Travis doesn’t get hurt even if they don’t look any better in their last 2 games.

I think to a point Ohio State has a better argument than Bama but the fact that Bama lost only to 3 and beat 6 is a pretty good case. They didn’t look good in a few wins but I’m careful about using that against a team.
 
FSU: This is why you give your backup QBs some possessions most games. I know he was 3rd string but the guy who played yday looked like he just walked in off the street. Terrible prep and game planning for him this week. UGAY, meet karma.

Every single time I’ve defended Clemson, you say they suck. Every single time I defended UofL people say they are overrated up until yesterday. And now I‘ve had a “hard on against the ACC for weeks” you say?

And rewind 15 hours ago, and had that guy in Tuscaloosa not won, people would be even more upset. WHO CARES air Alabama is in at this point. It’s done. Hopefully Michigan can beat them. Had FSU went to the Rose Bowl, Michigan was a lock to the MNC vs Washington/Texas.

I actually think Michigan might be the weakest of the playoff teams
 
What really hurt FSU was Louisville crapping the bed against Kentucky last week. That (ugly) win against them last night would have looked a lot better if that didn’t happen.
