Post game Discussion 9.30.2023

Key will whine and cry at post game presser and claim responsibility, unlike ööööing Clown Collins. But, like Collins, he does not have the willingness to act. All platitudes, no fortitude.
It’s a little early for that with him. He gats the chance to correct this. Clown didn’t own it and didn’t correct it.

Because you’re so damn blind in the fact that your new favorite program in Colorado is “all in” from the school down, just like Duke is now.

GT is not “all in” all being a top level football and hoops program. How hard is that to comprehend? Go look at the investment the schools have made into their football programs. Like I said, simple Google search.
Stop calling me a CU fan or whatever you think lmfao. You want company trying to split jacket love with another team.. I only have 1 in my heart

Truth in there.
Batt is focused more on fixing basketball program first.

People who have been fans for decades are deserting in droves. Others would criticize us for deserting instead of criticizing the program for continuing to suck ass.
Fan for decades. And gone! Sad to watch. But for me its like watching a train wreck of i told u so for the past 10-12 years. No one at tech listened. Clowns is right. Them

We are not close to Harvard
We are in the forties now in ranking
Near the top on engineering though
I was at Tech in the lamest era of late 70’s
The still came out to fight
This team is looking like soft bunch
We have more talent now - so where’s the fight in these guys?
The players don't worry very much about who wins because they know they failed to make it to a good football program. One of the benefits of being at Tech is that it doesn't really matter whether you win. Why bother? It's a half-ass program that will never be competitive again by choice of the administration.

I don’t mind giving him time when he’s losing to Ole Miss or even Louisville but I’m sorry I don’t think a blowout at home against a bad Mac team deserves a let’s be patient.
I understand but say we fire him who will come to coach here if you only give one year to a head coach? Guess you could get lucky and find one like Mike Elko but the odds are bad.

What the D needs Really is a BAD ASS Like a Charlie Thonas or a BOZ someone who is just gonna be that player. We don't got that rn

A friend of mine had the most spot-on critique of Gailey I ever heard.

“That guy has a seven win face. That’s the best he’ll ever do.”
CCG was a pro HC. Win 9 of 16 games and get to the playoffs where everyone is 0-0 again. Anything can happen. That doesn’t work in college ball.

False. You’ve had a hard on for Deion since they beat the juggernaut that is TCU.

Reality is, GT would be 1 game better with Deion vs Key as HC. For the 100th time, I’ll agree with the biggest impacts Deion would have made at GT. $$$$. Combine the exposure with sold out games. My issue (and maybe I’ll be proven wrong) is this will be a short term positive gain for Colorado. Per all rumors, he won’t be there after 2024.

The announcers mentioned Bowling Green players were eager to play Thacker’s defense in their pre-game interviews. They left no confusion why.

Thacker needs to be in the unemployment line on Monday. Key should have started fresh with a new coaching staff. Keeping Thacker only shortens his own runway. Makes one question whether this is Key’s program or if he is just performing Collins’ job marginally better.

Yeah I was one of the pro-Deion people originally, but I'm really thinking there was never going to be a world where Deion would have coached at Tech anyways, so it's sort of a moot discussion to have.

We were physically dominated. Out coached. Outplayed.

There is not ONE player on our squad who outplayed their counterpart on BG's team. Their RB was better (actually a few of them), their QB was better, their TE was better, their WR's were better, their OL was better their entire defense was better.

We were actually held in the game just a bit by BG penalties or it would have been worse.

You’re just wrong dude and a moron for assuming trolling and baiting is not done ironically, here

I wanted Deion at tech, if he can prove himself at CU, he could’ve done 100x better here for 1 or 2 years Idc. No CU fan is complaining that they’re rising from being complete öööö to covered and competing with ranked teams. Whether he leaves or not

While I appreciate the candor, this is the sort of admission that you'd have to torture me for several days straight at Gitmo to get out of me.

I said all week that we aren’t good enough to overlook anyone. And our piss poor coaching staff apparently couldn’t keep the team out of that mindset. A complete failure on all fronts.
