Is it just me or should the ACC and tribute be flipped on the opposite side of the field - like the yardage markers are? Not a big deal, just caught my eye.

Pretty sure it's always been this way, all logos facing home sideline.

EDIT: Except when we didn't have the big GT on the 50, we had it on the 35's I believe one facing each side. But the other logos I believe have always faced west.

I am going to guess it is a 'TV' thing, seeing as the camera's are on the west side.

May have, but I thought it was under Chan. I do recall there was some discussion (perhaps a joke?) that there was a complaint that the paint caused players to slip. Went back and sampled YouTube vids from 1998 FlaSt and 2001 UGA. FSU at 50 yd line and there was no GT on field at 35s or 50s. Not saying it didn't happen under GOL though

2002 was the first time we did it. Chan's 1st year and the 1st year of the North stand renovations. Here is a screenshot of the opener against Vandy in 2002.
