Targeting???

'Heroic' was the LAST thing that it was for them. There is nothing heroic when the refs have to slant the field to your benefit to even be in a position to make plays that should not of existed.

From our seats I was screaming "that's holding! that's holding!"

couldn't see from our vantage point any potential targeting on Jackson's hit on King, because he was running right into the laundry pile. And God forbid they show that on the big screen at Sanford Stadium over the blaring rap and bubble gum pop at 120 decibels while showing stadium selfies.
 
We stopped in Milledgeville on the way home for some Waffle House and a place to stay. About a handful of Mutts fans at the WaHo there. They saw us and shook their heads and just went, "that was a helluva ball game."
The ones we said anything to us leaving the stadium were either "great game" or "you guys are pretty good."
Walking back to the truck, nobody said anything to us in that sea of muttness. But I turned to my buddy and said, "I just thank God there is no way I could ever part of a fan base that barks."

Heroic in the form of 19.5 point favorites that had their asses handed to them by their rival. The delusion is that they really think they came back heroically because they were superior. Bwahahaha

I remember seeing a dwag thread saying that the 2014 game was rigged in our favor because the refs were giving JT so much extra time to try to score when he should have been blown down for forward progress.

I also remember watching a Duke-UNC basketball game and visiting a UNC message board where they said the game was being rigged in favor of the golden boys of Duke. Then I headed over to the Duke forum where they were convinced that the game was being rigged for UNC because the ACC wanted to show that it didn't favor Duke.

The one absolute win we got out of this is I now hate them more than I have ever hated them. Ever. As Brent Key said, gasoline on the flame now. öööö Athens. öööö UGA.

Replay on ESPNU now my initial thought when watching game is that targeting or not the refs blew the whistle for forward progress.. everyone is just standing around cause whistle blew.. except HK who is unconscious sitting on the ground
