Moar!
That face makes me just HOWL! One of the best actors ever!

Someone needs to start a profile with the username "Chop Block Yo Ass" and go troll the crap out of those idiots.

I'd go with a username of "ChopBlockO'Clock" and only post levelheaded, gracious fan banter. Alot of "boy, you Vols have a good looking team coming back next year" and "I'm just hoping for a hard fought, injury-free game." Watch the fish jump in the boat.

Do it.

What gets me is Butch Jones was actively involved in the cover up of the rape allegations. He branded one of his own players a traitor for assisting with the victim and the investigation. Tennessee had to pay a $2.4 million settlement before the season to make it all go away. At no point was he on the hotseat with fans - until they lost 3 IAR at one point and to Vandy at the end of the season.

Great point.

That's awesome. My dad's side of the family are Tennessee folks and everyone up there loves the Vols. In my experience they know their football and don't have the same percentage of garbage fans as other SEC schools tend to. The average Georgia fan couldn't tell you whether they had a decent squad or not in a given year before the previous two or three seasons but UT fans can typically give you a good game summary of random match-ups from back in the 70's and 80's.
Are they champions of life too?

Tennessee beat what I thought was a good Nebraska team in their bowl. We will have our hands full in the opener.

Wasn't Nebraska playing without Tommy Armstrong though? Offense a shell of themselves without him IMO.

Wasn't Nebraska's QB hurt going into the game and then had to leave during the game? UT was respectable this year, but if the game were next week I'm pretty sure we'd be 3-7 point favorites on a neutral field.

EDIT: looks like @gth874t beat me to it.

Indiana is hiring Tennessee offensive coordinator Mike DeBord for the same position, a source told ESPN.

An official announcement is expected Wednesday. Rivals.com first reported DeBord's departure from Tennessee to Indiana.

DeBord replaces Kevin Johns, dismissed Monday by new Indiana coach Tom Allen. Johns had served as an offensive coordinator for Indiana for the past six seasons.

DeBord, a Muncie, Indiana native, spent the past two seasons as Tennessee's offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach. The 60-year-old also twice served as Michigan's offensive coordinator and was Central Michigan's head coach from 2000 to 2003.

Former Oregon head coach Mark Helfrich is expected to be a top candidate for Tennessee's offensive coordinator job, a source said.

Tennessee should go for a successful coach with a lot of NFL experience.

The perfect guy happens to be not coaching right now.

Tennessee, please call Chan Gailey.

Chan Gailey would be a great fit with Butch Jones, IMO. But he retired. I think the right amount of money could lure him out of retirement though.
