This year's UGA game has the potential to be historically bad.

This year will be way worse than going to a game in Athens. It will be almost the same percentage of red and black but with the knowledge that a win seals a spot in the CFP and the smugness of doing it in our building.

Imagine a janitor closet on the third floor of the Skiles classroom building. In that closet, behind a fire water riser, sits an old desk with only three legs, propped up with a brick.

On the desk is an IBM electric typewriter with the ground plug broken off the cord and three keys missing. On the door is a hand-lettered sign, sharpie-on-notebook paper, that says, “Georgia Tech Schole of Jurnalisim.”

That is the UGA engineering school.

Know quite a few that will not go back.
I don’t like going and will never sit in the 600 level again. Planning to go next year though.

I just hate Athens. The entire place. I don't want to go to their filthy restaurants and bars

I’ve been to the last 10 or 11 in a row up there. I hate it, but it’s not as bad as it used to be. Maybe I’ve just learned the path of least resistance for getting in and out. It’s worth it when we win, and I was there for 98, 00, 08, 14, and 16.

If we won, which I don't think is impossible, it'd be the greatest Tech victory over Georgia in our lifetimes. So there's an upside.
