This year's UGA game has the potential to be historically bad.

I’m not suggesting you be scared of him. I’m just saying don’t go looking for old dudes and start throwing haymakers at them. He’s not that old.

‘‘Twas only a joke, and I’m not going in there to just throw hands with anybody, I just find it fun to meet people in person and notice how much they sink in their tailgating chairs. Idk what it is psychologically, never really been good at that subject. However, people always seem to be a lot more bold over the internet than in person.

It really just depends on who they have at QB when they play us. Stetson Bennet isn’t a great passer, a decent one, but not a great one. If he’s in the score would be lower than if JT is in, since he can just pick apart most defenses.
 
The uga game should be a blowout. They look extremely good and Tech has been an amazing next looking average.

UGA games help define fan perceptions in coaches. This one will have an affect on Collins even though it will be a predicted blowout. If Tech can manage to show up and actually compete into the 4th Qtr. That would grant Collins more legitimacy than anything else he’s shown so far.

If it gets as ugly as I think it will, there will be a high temptation for the team to quit. If it gets ugly and they don’t I’ll give them and Collins credit. lol f they do give in and give up, fans disgust will be high.

It’s not really a game that should be used to judge Collins. The rest of the games leading to it should be the barometer in addition to the games played thus far.

So it shouldn’t be focused on over much to judge the staff. But it’s uga. So it will be.

Ever been to a Tech game in Athens? Wanna talk rare breeds? That’s a Tech fan that goes to a Tech game in Athens. Even rarer? Tech fans that go to more than one Tech game in Athens. This year BDS will be a sea of red and black if Tech can’t win the next couple of games and get some interest going again.

I’ve been to every Tech game in Athens except one since 96.

Nice. Many miss out on the great wins there for fear of the Ls that happen. I haven’t been to as many as you but I’ve seen 3 glorious wins there. They more than make up for the years like 2002. I sat through that game till the clock read :00. What is better is that unicorn :00 after a Tech W. That scoreboard gets cut off FAST!!!

It has been a sea of red for years. Even 2009, when we were last favored, it was probably 50/50 in the stands. They will own the UN, UE, UW this season and half the LE.
