Our WR room has gotten crowded. Maybe that means the person rumored to be coming back is a position of need.
Is Thorne still qb for next year? What I saw of him was ass.hope the money is good. awubarn has been a hot mess for a couple of years now
No they signed the Oklahoma guy I'm pretty sureIs Thorne still qb for next year? What I saw of him was ass.
With Malik coming back and our WR additions through the portal, I think our net is a positive.
If Singleton maximized his market value then he likely wins. If he is on the field next year and stays healthy, he almost gets invited to the combine. Even when Auburn stinks I don't think his draft stock will fall too much -- he was and will remain a mid-late round pick.Apparently we significantly drove Auburn's price up for Singleton so I'm not sure who, if anybody, wins in that situation. I think we'll be fine without him, and Auburn is overpaying for who will be their 2nd or 3rd receiver on a team with a coach on the hot seat and a terrible qb room. He may have more $ in his pocket today but that is a seriously dumb move.
Romello still could come back and I think is having second thoughts about his rash decision. Even if he's signed anything, nothing is binding for transfers and he can leave and enroll anywhere he wants to as long as the portal is still open and spring semester hasn't started.
When PJ was coaching in Hawaii, one of his recruiting territories was Texas. He got to know the flight attendants on those flights fairly well.key question there - Did he actually SEE Lubbock before committing to them?
Auburn looks like they got lost during COVID and are just done.hope the money is good. awubarn has been a hot mess for a couple of years now
Auburn's biggest issue is that Alabama, Georgia, Ole Miss, LSU, and Tex A&M are all out performing them. That means 5 losses expected going into next season unless they can find a way to improve quickly. They are trailing in recruiting against those teams after already being out manned.Auburn looks like they got lost during COVID and are just done.

We have tackles, we need endsIf Singleton got 7 figures - I saw a number as high as $1.5MM and it was on the internet so it has to be true - well then congrats to him. But I also want to say congrats to GT management for not paying him that much. Now if GT management wants to pay seven figures for a couple of quick 300lb defensive tackles, that would be just fine with me.
By all accounts I've heard, he did not get 7 figures. If Singleton got 7 figures - I saw a number as high as $1.5MM and it was on the internet so it has to be true - well then congrats to him.
