and when CPJ's Quitting gets us a coach who beats Clemson or the mutts and beats Duke and PITT, you better be goddamn ready to admit that perhaps CPJ Quitting was the right thing for our program...that perhaps the TO's scheme had run its course and that 30 QB Keepers/game wasn't really spreading jack-shit out.

They think that no longer running the TO will mean Tech will recruit better. They say they are Tech fans but they must not remember pre TO Tech.

Wanna bet you're laughably wrong on all accounts? Graduated in '92 (that's what "92" means, numbnut non-grad), attended all but 1 game of the Natty season, suffered thru B*** L****, season tix and worshiped JoeHam and the boys, suffered thru Gailey.

Yep. I would argue that lots of people glad CPJ is gone did not live through Chan years.

some of us remember a time prior to CPJ, which is what most of his supporters don't recall. Most who love the TO didn't see JoeHam and the Fridge Flex and didn't help burn down a stoplight outside of Bobby Dodd when Ross's boys upset UVA. Most CPJ fans are scheme loving, Johnny-come-latelys who really don't mind too much about losing to the mutts. The "IIWII" crowd of mediocrity.

tired of the hatred of my school from Scheme Firsters who seem to forget that CPJ quit on us. I'm very optimistic for the next guy though - I hope he'll turn around this stagnant, loser "It Is What It Is" attitude that has infected so many of our fans.
 
am done with this nonsense. The Scheme Firsters are exposing themselves here with their hopes that the next coach sucks so that CPJ looks better. My work is done. Back to the "öööö UGA" game thread.
