False. Giants have been on turf the entire time at MetLife Stadium. Source: me, we go on the field after games. It's the type of turf that has the tiny black rubber tire bits for "soil", for lack of technical expertise in this area. I'm pretty sure from my recollection of concerts at the old Giants Stadium that it was turf as well.I think I saw that the Giants are giving up grass as well.

I work for Tarkett who owns FieldTurf. I am not a part of the FieldTurf team, but I do work in yarn extrusion. All our pigments and resins are vetted for anything remotely cancer causing and the attempt is made to remove the questionable pigments. When I first started in the industry, that wasn't the case. A pigment was a pigment. We need red or violet or blue and this is what we are using .Six former Phillies died from the same brain cancer. We tested the Vet’s turf and found dangerous chemicals.
Tests run on two samples of old Vet Stadium turf found it contained 16 different types of PFAS, or per-and polyfluoroalkyl substances — so-called “forever chemicals."www.inquirer.com
Artificial turf causes cancer? For all of those with a Philadelphia Inquirer subscription...

That said, you will have more metals like lead in the dirt beside the field than you'll have in the fiber or fill.
I still prefer natural grass.
Yea, I was pointing out we e come a long way. The pigments used nowadays are pretty well vetted, to a degree. I will still never like artificial, especially the garbage we installed. The article is about the old stuff.
My ring on your finger. I want to marry into turf.I work for Tarkett.
Am I missing something?
Typically, streets, stadiums, courts, etc, are named for great coaches, players, and administrators. Georgia Tech should honor TStan by naming all of the game day portable toilets outside of BDS as “TStans.”
~”Hang on, let me make a TStan stop before we head to Yellow Jacket Alley.”~
Bobinpotties, Portabobies, Portabobinskis. If you're short on time, I gotta BM in the MBs, brbYou'll have to fight me in hand to hand combat over the name. I insist they be called Bobin-squats, Bobinsquatches, Bobinbowls, Mike Bob Lous, or something similar.
You'll get turf burns on your knees marrying meMy ring on your finger. I want to marry into turf.
I have experience with coconut oils and lotions. It’s very slippery.Ken at the Atl urinal constipation says the coconut bulls**t is gone.
"Less noticeable – but significant to players – is that the turf on Grant Field has been tweaked. The infill in the artificial grass has been replaced – it was previously made from coconut husks and fibers – to address problems that players have had with traction on the field."
Hope we can see a difference on Saturday.
