I literally said before they were all QBs but apples and oranges.

I bet I can piss you off with some more truth.

Laskey and Days are two most overrated backs in Tech history!

I'll need some more clarification. We now know you feel Justin Thomas and Josh Nesbitt were QBs, and we know you feel we haven't had "a QB worth a damn" in over twenty years.

So are you saying that Lasky and Days were good but overrated, or are you saying they weren't worth a damn either?

Perspectives like that are why we had the GC3 era.

Ftfy
What pisses me off the most is that these people who gave us GC3 are either unwilling or unable to admit that their insistence on getting as far away from CPJ’s style resulted in us going from a HOF coach to literally one of the worst coaches I’ve ever seen at the P5 level.

On a brighter note, CBK is bringing back the discipline, toughness, and attention to detail that we’ve lacked since 2018. If we can add more playmakers like HK, the sky is the limit!

A healthy walk on could’ve done what they did.

The problem is that it is a gray area... It isn't just the people that are "completely over the option, ready to see it gone, and never want to see it again" vs the people who thought the option gave us a competitive edge. To use a personal example, I liked CPJ a lot, thought his offense was beautiful when he had the right personnel, thought it was ugly when it wasn't working (like any other offense, really), and I thought that the narrative that Wombat won't shut up about was overblown (i.e. created and perpetuated by fans of opposing teams and some of our own fans who hated being a CFB oddity), but I also was suckered in by CGC's promises and sizzle, and flatly disappointed by the lack of steak. I too, am excited by the promise of the tantalizing flashes that this team, and Haynes King in particular have shown.

It's just funny that I am the intellectually obtuse one, when the knocks on Justin Thomas being a "great option QB" were exactly what opposing fans were saying about Joe Hamilton. Put him in a regular offense and he's going to suck. I guess the 1 series he got with Tampa Bay really proved the narrative and canceled out what we all saw with our own eyes for years... I guess he wasn't a great QB either.

Sounds like wombat doesn't think PJ deserved to be in the hall of Fame.. mediocre fan

The man’s a genius and deserves all the accolades and awards. Has anyone ever done more with less? It wasn’t always my kind of football, though.

I don't think it should be a vote. Disfavors schools with smaller fanbases and prone to abuse
I’m old enough to remember when public online polls favored Tech, Time Magazine, Sports Illustrated, or otherwise.

Is the voting over?
Did HK win whatever it was?
Can the mods lock this thread?

More probable that you can douche the thread up more than it already is.

DUT proof.
Damn, I had nearly forgot.
