If Carter rolls on the fixer and the fixer says he was just doing what Smart told him to do it could lead to big problems for the Mutts.I’m hoping more Art Briles where it’s so toxic he can’t be touched. It’s time uga gets nuked
Where the body cam of the conversations with Jalen and his reps?I honestly believe that is what happened. I so wish it would come out that UGA's fixer instructed Carter to flee the scene of an accident.

Carter should be charged with obstruction of justiceThis is the first in a series of pretty bad takes, IMO. Driving 100+ mph with a BAC over twice the legal limit isn’t something you shrug off as a “bad decision” made by a kid. It’s criminal for a reason, and endangers the lives of innocent people.
Also, it’s obvious that Carter repeatedly lied to police because he knows he’s complicit in some way, and he’s lucky that he didn’t get BAC tested. The implication is that UGA contributed to a coverup, which would absolutely make them guilty as well.
Obviously not ‘secluded’ enough. The popo were a waiting’.When I was 17 I got caught doing like 86 in a 55 in Georgia, and they took me to jail. Had to go to court and pay a lawyer a good chunk of change to get the charge reduced so I could keep my license. It ended up being a fine (like several times a normal ticket) and maybe even some community service hours, can't remember. Parents were not happy. Too bad I didn't play for UGA!
In my moral defense it was a secluded road where it was pretty safe honestly, and no alcohol...
They we’re no longer friends at that point in time, they were liabilities. My questions...
Why was he not charged with giving false information to the police?
The reports are that they knew he was there because there were scrapes on his vehicle from the power lines that came down in the accident. Doesn't that mean he was involved in the accident, since his car was damaged? Why wasn't he charged with leaving the scene?
How could you leave when you have friends in that car, instead of trying to do something to help them?
Now this would be quite a Hallmark moment. If Carter rolls on the fixer and the fixer says he was just doing what Smart told him to do it could lead to big problems for the Mutts.
What body cam footage? It never made it out of the same day AM time period.Where the body cam of the conversations with Jalen and his reps?
faces a total of 32 charges, including felony murder and homicide by vehicle
Somebody needs to bring this case to public light when he gets a slap on the wrist. Here's a case from Gainesville just this spring where someone died b/c of street racing and they charged one of the perps with murder. Too bad this guy wasn't a football player for UGA, he wouldn't have to go to prison if so:

My question is how many should have been arrested but got off because they play football? It won't happen but I'd really like to see a honest investigation into the Athens pd and how many"warnings" have been giving to football players.Didn’t realize this. 9 players arrested since the beginning of last year.

You can't remember if you did community service? Was this your only scrape with the law? Because I've never even been arrested, but I think I would remember if I ever did community service under a court order. When I was 17 I got caught doing like 86 in a 55 in Georgia, and they took me to jail. Had to go to court and pay a lawyer a good chunk of change to get the charge reduced so I could keep my license.
