Listen. I live near Detroit. They don't give away tickets with malt liquor purchases. They give them away with EBT and single cigarette purchases at local liquor stores. Now if you return 10 malt liquor bottles then you get 2 tickets
 
Detroit isn't that bad. Downtown around Christmas is really nice. People everywhere. Quite a bit to do. 3 casinos and some really good restaurants too. But the best thing is the strip clubs are ööööing great!

There are tons of people out and about at midnight in bankhead, that doesn't make it a family friendly destination.

Detroit sounds like the hell we all knew it to be. Cheap hookers and beanie weenies on the happy hour buffet. Sort of like Riverdale.
 
If it is Detroit, look into flying into Lansing, the tickets are half the price.
