We Will Beat Miami

Remember 2009, and 3 games in short week(s)?

We beat JaxSt(Sat), then, Clemson(Thurs), the got thumped by Miami(Thurs).....

......and then won the next 8 in-a-row ????

11-1, baby.

I'd say Miami is a coin toss game. Miami is a pretty good team and we can beat pretty good teams. The Florida score made their defense look good but it isn't (they gave up yards) and their offense can be subdued.

The Jackets could very well win the ACC Coastal. VA Tech's offense is bad enough to where they could lose several games despite the stout D. You have to win the Atlantic, you have to fumble away the Coastal (at least as of late).

In case you needed a reminder of what their team is all about

That looks very much like a lot of our players DURING WARMUPS prior to VPI game.

Going to student section, slapping hands, jumping up, dancing but totally away from the team and doing what a disciplined, focused team should do.

Wonder if Saban would allow that?

I think we'll know a lot more about our team after the Miami game than after VPI. Much more telling game.

Hope we do beat Miami. I looked at our first 6 games and said from the outset, a 6-0 start will lead to a great season, 5-1 to a very good season, 4-2 to a good season, winning season with bowl streak extended, and 3-3 or less and we are in big trouble. The final six have two opponents we have no business beating this year in Clemson and UGA, a tough home game with Pitt, a road game in Charlottesville, and two home games we should win. We'll win between 2 and 4 down the stretch. So, beating Miami or BYU is pretty important to avoid our worst season since the mid-90's.

How we gonna go face Miami now????

:bigcry:

We are going to continue to try to run our high school offense against big boys. It will work, trust Paul.

No need to change the offense for your QB, just look at the failure that The Washington Huskies have been this year as Sark changed it up to suit the strength of his QB.

On that note, have you noticed how Jim Grobe changed their O to TOTALLY NOT FIT their personnel?:bowrofl:
