This is a really bad idea. It wouldn't do anything to help out this fine gentleman, and the costs for clean up for a public institution would come from state tax dollars which could be going to GT instead.
 
Destructive retaliatory hacking would undermine the argument that what he did was a harmless prank. (Which from all that we know it was.) Also two wrongs don't make a right. Just because they did something malicious doesn't mean we should do the same. If GT's website got hacked by a UGA student, as embarrassing as that would be, I wouldn't want ridiculous felony charges pressed against them.

And I was joking. I don't trust the FBI or any of our politicians to speak the truth. Pressure was on FBI and administration to find a culprit and they picked a most believable enemy, but have offered no proof.

In my opinion, as someone who has no idea how to implement destructive retaliatory hacking, any destructive retaliatory hacking should happen after the dude is cleared.
 
Considering that CNA/CND are one of the biggest investments that the DPRK and PROC have, it wouldn't surprise me on it was a state actor.

Well I'm not sure there are actually any interesting documents at this point. Might just be mundane court filings. If I understand correctly, a prosecutor presented evidence to a grand jury, which issued the indictment. The indictment may not contain details of the investigation. Too much effort vs. possible entertainment value
