Here's my last argument on the matter. Officiating is a human element and will always have those flaws. Like I said before people will find blame somewhere and that's always an easy avenue especially if there are any bad/missed calls. There is absolutely no way to tell how any of those would've affected the outcome of the game, so there is no argument that those calls helped Bama win.

BTW, I'm 100% with you on wishing UGAg was decimated and there was no question as to who would win, I wanted them to be embarrassed on national TV and a disgrace to the championship, but put the shoe on the other foot. If we were in the title game against anybody and thought there were questionable calls or no calls that went against us, how would they and the rest of the world react? They wouldn't give a rat's ass. There may be articles as these and such, but for the most part it would be "oh well, suck it up buttercup." öööö the gaggers. I'm glad they lost and don't care how.

I had to check out early in the 3rd because I was up with a sick toddler all night the night before, so I didn't see much of the 2nd half in real time. That said, I'm not buying the conspiratorial angle. From the perspective of the NCAA, CFP and ESPN, yet another Alabama win was probably not the most desirable outcome. So, we're left with human error and the old adage; "Never leave it in the hands of the refs". Not sure it's possible to clean that up unless you want every play reviewed and games that go all night. I'd be hopping mad if we were victimized by bad calls, but that's a "them problem" in this scenario.

I must say, watching their fandom explode with the huge sack, only to give up a soul-crushing 41 yard TD pass to a wide open receiver on the very next play was pretty sweet consolation.

Oh I agree. It was oh so sweet. I absolutely believe UGAg thought they won the game on that sack and forgot to play football on the next play. There were at least 3 open receivers, one which was underneath and could've run for the 1st down.

That was a thing of beauty. The touchdown that tied the game, however, is what we’ll keep hearing about.

There's no point in getting mad at JF77. He's basically what @saxondawg is over here. A likeable mascot from your arch-nemesis. I bet he hears "why cant more Tech fans be like you" a lot.
I like Saxondawg - been reading his posts since the late 1990s. But he has more pride than to offer any comfort to us under similar circumstances. There are certain things even a decent Dwag won't do (nor should they).

That was one of the worst displays of coverage I’ve ever seen. UGA rushed 4, yet only 1 of the 7 guys they dropped in coverage managed to find anyone. It’s as if the entire UGA secondary had the bama money line and UGA +4.

I agree. But he's just someone who says he's a Tech fan. I'm sure there were a bunch of "Tech fans" last night rooting for uga to win. It happens. GT admissions office tweeting out that picture yesterday is the real abomination. They actually represent GT, not JF77. But really nothing is spoiling this milk for me. Balance is restored to the Force and we got a new defensive coordinator!

It’s not like I said “good game” for öööös sake. Officiating was ööööty. It’s all over the place. People everywhere are sympathizing with the dwags. They probably would have lost anyway, but we won’t ever know because the B1G stripes were terrified to to flag Alabama.

The whole damn thing was like Satan playing Hitler in football - we’re rooting for Satan but he doesn’t squash Hitler’s throat convincingly enough and now you got people sympathizing with ööööing Hitler thanks to ööööshow officiating.

The NCAA needs to fix this öööö.
Nevermind the argument. People "everywhere" are not sympathizing with Georgia. People at GT should never sympathize with Georgia.

We haven’t won at home in 20 years, but “balance has been restored” because another team beat our rival in the NCG.

But I’m the problem ...

This isn’t sympathy. It’s anger at ööööty officiating and Bama needing it to win.

Sure, we haven't won at home in 20 years. Do you agree that the pass interference against us right at halftime at our place when Stafford was QB was a BS call? Did any of the UGAg fans around you that day feel remorse for that call leading to points right before half for UGAg? Stop being an idiot. UGAg deserves no pity. No remorse. We don't feel their pain. We don't feel pity for them. We will never stop until they are ded**.

I didn't say you were the problem, I said the opposite. You are raining on everyone's parade but other than that I don't really care how sorry you are about the officiating that cost uga the game. You have a different perspective of what Tech fandom is and people don't think it's right. Simple as that.
