I'm not saying it's right or wrong, but DRad knows how to spend money, he's in the right place. I'm guessing in a few years we are going to be much better off financially and will be needing to take care of folks. Attendance goes up and then section rentals, ticket prices go up, other revenue then goes up, ACC revenue goes up, and yes maybe even some stadium expansion, who knows. First things first, recruit, recruit, recruit. Then win, win, win. It's called free market and free market capitalism for all you young people that have been indoctrinated on socialism which does not work.
Before someone says, "but this is Gov't, it's GT", actually the GTAA is a separate entity from the school and stands financially on it's on if i understand it right, certainly franchised so to speak by the school under rules/guidelines by the school, I'm sure I probably don't have it all exactly as it is. But back to original intent, we got a chance to be in the big picture in cfb imo.
