Other Schools' Coaching Changes [Now with Colorado's Deion]

Honestly, though, this really would be like a ramped up CGC hire just with more street cred, im good with it and hope we take the risk, but he doesnt have any more (and probably less) on field coaching accomplishments than Collins did.

He would also deliver on recruiting. If we really hired him then we would almost certainly have the best recruiting class in our school's history immediately.

I have no idea if he can really coach but that would be a good start.

Same guy predicted huge things for Collins at GT. I would do cartwheels if we got Dieon, but this guy doesn't move my optimism needle one degree.
I think Josh Pate was saying that TECH could be a special place and that 'BY is the most underrated opportunity for a coach in college football. I don't remember him tying that to a direct prediction of Collins success.

Yeah, id guess he'd keep most if not all current players too from hitting the portal, we'd certainly win the offseason

If we don’t have the funds to fire Collins after multiple seasons of incompetence, where would we get the money to hire Deon and hire the top notch coordinators he would need to be successful ?

I don't care that we "can't afford it". We can if we give a damn. Have to spend money to make money. You think Bama is suffering because they pay Saban 10 million a year? I guarantee their ROI from paying him is through the roof. For the life of me, I can't figure out why the GTAA can't see this.
