#10 is a Running Back - Marcus Allen

All I was wondering is if some other highly touted academic schools other than Vandy have offered or showed interest. That is not being a "worrying wimp."

I'm very impressed.

3.9x GPA + great outlook on life + great character/well spoken + great skills = GT.

Welcome!

But on the other hand, I don't see him as B-back. Doesn't have that breakaway speed. 4.58 isn't fast enough in a straight line to get those 50-60 yd one-play TDs. I agree with the sentiment that he's similar to Ant.

He'd be a wrecking ball as a LB though. I see why everyone projects him to play on defense.

Since I am so nice, I was looking for the link to the alternative board for you, but I saw this as soon as I looked it up:

You're more than welcome to join provided you play nice. (iow, you have half a brain, act like you're over 12, when you try to be funny you actually are funny and you're favorite debating technique is not dropping F bombs)

I'm in awe of your superior intellect, football knowledge and google images prowess.

Protip: quit while you're only so far behind.

As for Allen, the one thing I saw in that video that I liked the most was his balance. He didn't get bump-tackled once in that entire video. As a previous poster also said, he doesn't seem willing to give up on any play. Being an LB will also aid him in Nesbitt-like smashing of tacklers and his blocking skills. We probably won't see this guy scorching defenses for 70 yards, but we will have fond memories of his play nonetheless.

I may stop by to read your very intelligent posts asking what happens when Stanford offers.

What a refreshingly out of place for Sting Talk intelligent comment. Thank you.

You may stop by to read my very funny posts as well, along with the ones where I don't drop the F bomb. Luckily I still have this board for when I really have to be a douche bag.
