Bama inlaws...

Amazing Alabama fans want blame BOB for their loses. Two (2) at my church said he is their problem, offense is to complicated. My comment was he certainly scored enough points to beat Tennessee and LSU, but no it was his fault. If memory serves, he gave them the lead with 48 seconds left against Tennessee and their defense let them score. He gave them the lead in overtime against LSU and in 2 plays the defense gave up a touchdown and 2 point conversion. Also, Saban called no time out on the 2 point conversion when the defense was confused. Yet it is BOB‘s fault. I wii support Bill if he is the choice. Chadwell is a shot in dark, like Collins was. Brent should be given consideration, based on the fact that he has changed the clown show!
Bama fans are dumb. News at 11.

BOB is not someone we need with the way college football is going. We HAVE to succeed now or never. He’s considered the worst coach on Saban’s staff right now. We HAVE to go for someone that will have us succeed instantaneously and for a long stretch. If not we’re going to be one of the Bama, Clemson, Ohio State, UGAg, etc. feeder programs that the bottom 80-85% of the NCAA is turning into. We’re going to continue to be Arizona State, Colorado, Vanderbilt, FAU, (insert trash team here). 10 years ago, I would’ve been full on board with BOB. Hell, even after PJ was gone if be fine with BOB. This is not the time for BOB.
You seem to think you know alot about Bama coaches. Me thinks you don't know "jack" and will bitch about any one Batt brings in.

But that’s not what we’re gonna get with BOB. He’s an ok coordinator, Bama wants to offload him to some desperate team. He won’t be able to recruit at all in this day and age, and his gameplan would really be no different than Chip Long’s. So congrats, we got the bad part of Johnson (recruiting) and the bad part of Collins (coaching), and we’re gonna lump it into one head coach.
Let me say again, you are the Tech fan who doesn't get his way, takes his ball and goes home! How ever it goes, I want Batt to make it his decision.

He’s a Tech fan with no investment. We tank with some dumbass hire, and he will move on to the next team board.

Me thinks you’re an absolute moron if you think any high schooler wants to play for a guy who, in recent memory, traded DHop for David Johnson, lost the Texans franchise, and is the worst coordinator in Alabama rn. Hell, why do you think every single Bama fan WANTS us to take BOB off their hands? That’s why you’ve had an account for 16 years and only posted 500 times. You’re a troll. You’re a burner troll.

You think BOB is the worst coordinator on Saban’s staff? Have you seen the points their defense is giving up? Very un-Saban like.

I thought we were down to two choices based on the rumors. BOB is the first candidate that has surfaced who has guided a program in the upper levels of the P5. If we had hired O'Brien away from Penn State or from Houston before he crashed as a GM, everyone on here would be thrilled. He would not be a GM here so the Houston implosion is irrelevant and hopefully it was a lesson for him.

I will trust our AD to make a good decision until I have a proven reason not to. I will support any of the options on the table. Anyone we hire needs to have an incentive laden contract with a reasonable exit path after year four. Finally, we need to have the resources remaining to hire excellent assistants.
