I think he lives in Brentwood, Tennessee not the neighborhood of Los Angeles where a lot of movie stars live. Of course they may have some movie stars in the one in Tennessee.

Having the Tower as a backdrop to the entrance could be pretty sweet, but…
If they would build a parking deck along North Ave. to replace the Peters deck (x2) and return Peters Park to a park, that would be sweet, too. They have managed to reclaim a lot of green space on the campus in recent years. Consider this another effort there. Does the Peters deck still flood?

There really is no good viewing area there for the band to play and have it as a decent backdrop

There is a small hill with a staircase on North Avenue side of Tech Tower that faces a large, flat festival area. I have to imagine that will be used as a “stage” for the band for its pregame performances.

What would also be cool is for the ‘Reck and band to come off Cherry street onto North and March toward stadium in their usual formation with Team buses coming in behind them on North. Band then forms the “walkway” for players to come off buses and into stadium. I have no idea where they enter stadium. Once team is in, band forms its ranks and completes March into stadium. And fans should follow and be there for warmups.

It is a narrow staircase, compared to Callaway. I don't think you can fit the band there.
