Also, trading a gimmick offense with a low operating budget for gimmick recruiting and a higher budget. Easter Bunnies and Leprechauns at spring practice (although I definitely like twitter handles on the jerseys for the spring game). If we have better players and can afford better coordinators, we should win 7-9 games a season with a chance at 10 wins if things go our way. Basically the same a CPJ, but now we'll spend more money as boosters loosen up and have players with better measurables.
