Hey its Adamm Oliver, let me say this!

Yep, I was there after blackprix & Buzzweiser said they wanted my opinions there (even if they disagreed with some).

My tenure was short-lived because I didn't goose-step with beebad. He archived a post by SOMEONE else ABOUT me as "proof" that he was right about a debate. When I called him on it, he banned me. He couldn't take being on the losing end of the discussion. He changed posts of mine, altering the meaning of them and in some instances performed wholesale deletions.

If posters wish to disagree-----fine. But I won't sit idly by while some try to carry the banner of pacifist after spewing so much bile.

NO HOLDS BARRED---yeah right. LOL

Agree 100% neek. Similar thing happened to me. I pointed out too many time beebad's hypocritical posts, and made referenced to the posts (which often would soon be deleted), and I got banned.

LETS FORGIVE, FORGET AND LOVE YOUR FELLOW GT BROTHER.

Nothing personal against you Adamm. Its just that you've paired up with a guy who has no ethics, scruples, or personal accountability. You've paired up with a guy who posted a picture of me and my daughter on the internet because he didn't agree with me and wanted to take shots at me because I was a Hive mod at one point. So like I said in the other thread...my dislike for him goes well beyond GT topics and discussion.

I sincerely think he's using you to promote his message board...a message board which was created with the sole purpose of bashing Chan Gailey...your former coach.

All you need to do is consider the fact that he used to CLOSE his board when you guys won games...

I really would like to patronize your board and your radio efforts...I just can't as long as he's involved...

Are you kidding? He has a georgia tech message board, has spent the last 5 years about every day posting about GT football, watched all tv games, and you ask is he a GT fan. I guess I am still not getting why he would invest so much time into GT if he is not a fan?

You mean like the UGA fans who post in every AJC.com blog posting with the same insults and diatribes?

I will never listen to a show with BeeBad on it. He has spent the majority of his time the past 4 years ripping on GT players, GT coaches, and GT fans.

He is a cancer...and the only way to stop the spread is to cut it out.

"The Hive banned hundreds of people over the past few years for no other reason than they were critical of Chan Gailey's coaching ability. That ban led to BuzzOFF being started and the fracture in our fan base. So lets place the blame where it belongs." :ugh:

Had they decided to let fans speak their minds about Chan - this divide would not occur now.

Regarding the picture of you and your daughter, you posted that picture on the internet yourself on a public website so if you didn't want anyone to link to it you shouldn't have posted it in the first place. Again, place the blame where it belongs.

Sorry, but you have your facts incorrect. The Hive didn't ban people for being critical of Chan's coaching ability. The Hive banned people because of the way they express themselves as they were critical of Chan's coaching ability. There are specific rules against cursing and name-calling and player bashing and those are the things that got most people who were critical of Chan banned. Of course there was the occasional flame war that also caused some folks to be banned.

We definitely didn't catch everyone who didn't abide by those rules and contrary to what you might think I banned folks over there who were fans of Chan because of the language they used.

Of course you are free to disagree with me as I'm sure you will. But I'm only stating a fact.

Just as a point of reference, I'm not being critical of people who want to express themselves using harsh language or want to get into flame wars with other fans. There are places for that. The Hive isn't one of them. You have a selection of places to go to talk about GT sports and you will go to the ones that appeal to the way you want to act. It's similar to going to a restaurant. If you want sushi you probably shouldn't be going to a pizza place. And if you want sushi and you go to the pizza place then yell and scream about why they don't have sushi you'll probably be kicked out.

That's a crock. If you like beebad that's your problem. But those banned from Hive were banned becasue of how they expressed themselves, not their opinions. In fact, many of the people who are critical of beebad and Adamm's association with him here on Stingtalk were also banned from the Hive.

I've seen posts on the Hive that never had namecalling or bashing but just disagreement with what was going on with the program.

They were locked or they were banned or poster was attacked by others and moderators stood idly by.

Yes, I do disagree!:wow:

Did you ever see the moderator of the Hive or StingTalk

start a flame war? Begin a thread with a post full of obscenities describing our school/coach/fanbase? Attack the character (NOT the results) of a GT coach and/or player? Shut down either board after a great victory so that the board population couldn't post positive things? Have a need to reinvent themselves upon the hiring or firing of a GT coach?

Thought not.

Sounds just like the Hive. We would lose a game cause Chan can't coach and fans would be angry, locked threads, banned posters, call names of other posters for giving their sincere opinions. Pretty nasty stuff.

Who is everyone kidding here - the Hive has an agenda - stifling discontent!:wow::ugh:

The Hive is not above reproach and never has been. That board is run just like the Administrator wants it to be run - his way. But don't give me this 'hollier than thou' crap!

I, bb is not only a hypocrite, but he's a liar and a coward.

Not only did he make his "board" more censored than the Hive has ever been, but rather than face up to the fact that he'd become a more-extreme version of what he allegedly despised, he deleted posts and archives and lied about things said and posted to cover his tracks.

As much as we want all the true Tech fans as we can get, we don't need the likes of bb. He'd be much more at home pulling for the mutts....especially since he's admitted they'd have been his "adopted" team if they were in ATL instead of Tech.

I don't think you or any other GT fan has a right to decide who is a fan or what team they should be pulling for.

This elitest attitude is what's killing this base. This is the way we are attitude is ridiculous. The Tech fanbase should never be 'pidgeon holed' like you all want it to be.

If you don't like someone that's your perrogative, but my God, pronouncing what you would prefer in a fan is absolutely way out there. :hsugh:

Sorry, this is 100% bullsh!t. The Hive allowed name calling, insults, and font bashing as long as it was done by people who toted the company line. If it was done by the critics of the program under Braine or Chan Gailey, there was a ZERO tolerance policy.

Sorry JOJATK, that's the truth.

I am banned from both boards. They just can't handle me because I tell it like it is and call a spade a spade.

And Buzzoff has no agenda? Shut the **** up you idiot. There's a difference between being impartial and being hypocritical, you are being the later of the two.

I know, I was talking about you among others. My point was that there are people who were banned from the Hive that don't like beebad. Although my guess is you were banned from the Hive in part at least due to language.:D
