I think he played in 10 games for them last year. Both on ST and at WR. I think he also had a TD as well.

I never have a problem with taking skill players from factories. Those programs load up so thick at those positions that some good players are always the odd man out. Yes, it is possible that they just aren't what was advertised but Saban doesn't strike me as the guy who lets recruiting services do his work for him. He knows who he's recruiting, but they do miss from time to time. Still, if the guy is a 3rd stringer for Bama, he'll likely push for stating time at Tech, and he might even be a great WR. Give the guy a shot.
