Look, Franklin's won. He's not some G5 coach with a .500 record.
And he's a tool. They're a tool program.
He's made his chops as a recruiter. He could beat FSU every year. I think he could win big there. Which is sad, because that's a reflection of the Coastal.

I'd do the most Miami thing possible and hire Art Briles

Franklin is a no go cause Miami is a cheapskate program and Franklin is already close to or over the $5MM plateau

Miami has no more prestige than Penn State. It might even be easier to win in the Big 10 since Urban is leaving. Franklin and Harbaugh are the two big dogs.
