Sims = Bilbo

Sims was, by far, the best player out there last night, with McCollum and our PK getting honorable mentions. He made 2 mistakes (OMG He wasn't perfect!!!) but looked far better last night than a year ago.

Bonus: He didn't admit to on-field interviewer at halftime that he was literally afraid of Clemson. He left that job to Clown Coach.

He looked much, much better than Ukelele, who flat-out sux as a QB. Clemson fans should be calling for Streeter's job. He sux too. Outside of their DL, I thought Clemson was mostly overrated crap and I look forward to a couple of losses for those rednecks that will mercifully keep them out of the CFP. They lose to the mutts or 'Bama by 5 TDs.

I thought Smith played well too; but you have to get the ball to the RB out in the flat somewhere because I don't know if Jim Brown could run behind that O-line. We had RB's getting tackled by 3 defenders 3 yards behind the line of scrimmage.

We can disagree about this...doesn't matter. Ya'll sat on Patenaude's jock for three years and now you are sore. Our offense will get better under CCL. How much IDK but it can't be worse than the garbage we witnessed over the previous three years.

Long is a huge improvement over Pnope. Now if we can just get rid of CBK, who may be a bigger problem than Pnope.

I don't know what this means. Does it mean I supported Patenaude? Because that is simply not the case.

That's a shared emotion. But obvious in the middle of it is a overated crap team beat the öööö out of us...again.

Sims ain’t the problem. Think he made one really bad decision, everything else was pretty sound. Threw it accurately; got it out quick; ran strong; was decisive. Got almost no help from WR and TEs, our talent level there is embarrassing. Had no hell from a running game. OL was out matched. Miracle we scored 10.

No way. Put Sims behind even Duke or Vanderbilt’s OL and and it’s a completely “better quarterback.”

as far as Collins goes, I understand your frustration. But Chip Long is no slouch.

sadly, as bad as Collins is, just don’t expect things to get much better in the current college football landscape of NIL. A top 10 college football coach is not going to offset the Jimmy and Joe’s difference between our roster and teams that have 10 times the amount of money and alumni support.
If only there was a plan...a scheme if you will...that equalized talent for teams that have less talented players... if only.

The only difference between Bilbo and Sims is that Chan Gailey knew Bilbo wasn't a QB and started a true freshman over him. We'll have no such luck with Waffle House Boy.

This has got to be one of the dumbest takes by far. You, sir, are an idiot. There are plenty of things we need to clean up and get better at but Sims is far down that list. The first int he was getting hit. It was a TD if he's able to stand in there and make the throw. The first almost pick he got hit as he threw. The one he threw into triple coverage I believe he was trying to sail it out of the back of the endzone but he was getting hit there again. I only saw him make maybe 2 bad throws and those were to open guys where the ball just sailed on him. He had at least 3 drops by WR/TEs and multiple times he threw lasers into tight coverage. I don't know what you were watching but you are a moron.

Yates had an option to transfer as a QB. Sims didn't. And won't. Because he doesn't have it between the earholes.
If you're going to continue to post flat out lies, then just quit posting and go back to your little hole wishing we still ran the option. Sims had teams trying to talk him into going into the portal.

Because it wasn't that long ago, I remember Jordan Yates, with 1/2 of Sims' physical ability, keeping us in the game with Clemson last year til the very end. Then Sims returns to beat NC...and tank the rest of the season. He is not a QB. Sorry.

The defense kept us in that game. Did Yates even get in the endzone against a P5 opponent?

If you guys really want to see Zach Gibson behind the OL we are trotting out there, be careful what you wish for.
