NC St $600k, UNC $800k, Pitt $800, Clemson $850k, Swarbick's I think the highest in ACC at $1M. $750k's probably a good base with heavy incentives for performance. I get the AD can't control a rogue coach, but he does set the rules and expectations plus manages infractions properly so we don't get hammered for minor BS which seems to be the way things go for GT. He also can't really control football wins, but he can make sure the HC is supported properly which leads to wins.

Yeah I couldn’t find Wake, BC, Da U, etc not that I looked that hard. Bottom line is AD pay is between $750k-$1M in 2021. I’m sure it’s up 5-10% at current time.

I like what I heard, but in addition to JBatt, I become more impressed with Cabrera every time I hear him speak. Before last month, I just thought he was another stuffed shirt talking head. He really shows enthusiasm, and, what with his reaction to soccer someday being added, he showed he has a sense of humor too.
