USC and UCLA weren’t shouting from the rooftops their intentions to court the B1G like Oregon has been doing. They’ve been in Chicago to give sucky sucky to B1G reps this week. It’s a fair guess B1G will probably expand again sooner rather than later.

Yep...he had an offer...and that was when you could take a course load that kept you eligible but never had to make progress toward a major.
