For the second time I suggest a chant that goes around the stadium when the other team has the ball, “Scattered, Smothered, Covered, Chunked”
We are not Penn State, have you figured that out yet? Go ööööing root for them since you have this insane, moronic, viagra-side effect of a hard on for white-outs. You are like a ööööing broken record with this öööö. We do not condone molesting young boys at our school. And our fans can stop being such cheap little ööööers. You think those Penn State fans buy those white jackets to wear daily in Pennsylvania? Nope. They do it because it is in their culture to go 100% behind the team. If our fans were anything like them, our stadium would look like a blizzard during a white out. We need a culture change. Collins is doing his best to bring it We just need our fans to stop being tightwads
I have the same XXL white t shirt that goes over my winter clothes. It isn’t that tough. Having said that, Tech fans are an intelligent bunch with an absurd number of distractions. These kind of things don’t get us excited quite like the average PSU fan.
I got a good pic of @Jacketblind, me, and our wives decked out in white hoodies. It really ain’t that hard.
This comment goes a long way towards explaining why our players feel let down so often. PSU fans aren’t necessarily “excited” about whiteouts because of some weird need to dress the same, they get excited because they know it gets the team excited. Being a fan is supposed to be about supporting the team. I don’t understand people who won’t
Ha! We had white on, but the deal of getting one hoodie for half off if you buy one (I think that was the deal), was nice. Seems like the white outs that weren’t Miami ‘08 or one of the Thursday’s we gifted a game to VT haven’t gone over well. I don’t really care about the “color out” games, but if the players like it, I’m happy to wear white. Between hoodies that are warm for a deal in the bookstore or a cheap white shirt/sweater from the discount store, really isn’t a reason for GT fans to not wear white when it’s advertised and promoted.
