I think CPJ's finally done with Taquon

None of us know for sure, but I doubt TO was the same quarterback in week 1 that he is right now. PJ has basically said as much in his press conferences. I trust PJ with the call at QB.

I think I remember everyone wanted Jaybo to start over JN for a little while.

Tobias has 12 TDs with only 1 start. The national leader has 18.

You only need 1,000 yards to break into the top 9 in the country. Tobias + Marshall have 1,400+

You’d expect some drop off with one guy getting more carries. But my point stands.

Yep. I don’t disagree if TO was the same talent at the start of the year as he is now (and our OL, etc).

...TO’s been running the same plays since week 2. I don’t understand your point. He’s got 12 TDs with the lion share of drives in 2/9 games. He could have had 4 turnovers a game in the others and still been leading the country in TDs.

Cpj ride or die might make a good tshirt.

Hard to agree with CPJs decision when the stats show who the better QB is. However, keeping the tan man and Miami guessing is the best route id say. And there is no harm in TM getting the first drive with the way the offense has clicked I suppose.

Some years, we get most of our rushing yards from the BB and AB positions. This year, probably because of how defenses are playing us, the QBs have gotten most of the yards, so it probably makes sense to use 2 to keep them fresh and reduce the wear and tear.

2018 Rushing yds by position:

QB 1439
BB 1143
AB 737

I watched the tapes .There were several times to make a pitch for big yards that didn't get done. Maybe the ydage would be more balanced.

Any troll of da U works for me. Besides, it’s not who starts but who plays more that matters most.

Also, I like me some midline, so TO my preference for the bulk of the work.

Playbook is much more varied with TQ. TO maybe could’ve beat Pitt and USF. But not tonight.

That’s crazy talk. Overall Marshall played well tonight, but we were gifted 13 of our 27 off turnovers. It’s not like we were running up and down the field every possession. I’m confident TO could have lead a victory tonight. Taking nothing away from our team, but Miami was to mistake prone tonight to win. They were their on worst enemy.

TO seems to be the player of choice when we can block the other guys into oblivion and the simple plays work

When their guys are better at beating blocks maybe we need TaQuon to make trickier decisions/moves

By trickier decisions do you mean panic and eat the ball?

TaQuon's biggest win?

Yeah maybe the advantage of TaQuon was more passing than tricky reads

TaQuon should thank Camp and Stewart though, they made some huge catches

TaQuon should also thank TaQuon for catching his fumble

Happy for a win. Couldn't help but think we beat them by 3 TDs behind Tobias.
