I think CPJ's finally done with Taquon

Some years, we get most of our rushing yards from the BB and AB positions. This year, probably because of how defenses are playing us, the QBs have gotten most of the yards, so it probably makes sense to use 2 to keep them fresh and reduce the wear and tear.

BB 1143

If we had one QB getting the lion share of those carries, he'd be up towards the top of the acc/national rushing lists. If it were Tobias he'd almost certainly be leading the country in TDs (non-passing).

I think he's doing it to protect the team. Think about what happened at Clemson earlier this year - tell your starter he's not starting any more and then the new guy gets hurt. They almost lost to Syracuse because they had to play their 3rd string. Coach is walking a fine line here; Taquan is popular on the team, he's the captain, and if you lose the team you lose games and probably your job.

He might also just be ****ing with Miami.
 
Maybe CPJ runs in the plays with TO and TQM (alternating). New QB every other snap.
 
Did y'all seriously think TQM wasn't going to start any of the remaining games, barring injury? You're familiar with CPJ, right?

Except for objectively Tobias has been far superior to Taquan running this offense this year. Iiwii bro
