Ranking our regular season opponents

Tennessee will be a much better team next year after the hire a cast off Ole Miss coach.

1. Clemson - feel like we would win this year in Atlanta, but at Clemson I'm not so sure.
2. Miami - @ Miami is brutal for us
3. uga - eh. Now that I think about it, Tenn will probably beat them again, so maybe uga and Tenn should flip flop.
4. VT - Should be worse than last year, and we should be better
5. Tenn - SEC LEast
6. JSU - play these guys on 5 days of rest in the scorching afternoon heat of early September. We might still be hungover from the big W vs Tenn
7. UNC - we owe them a good shellacking like old times, and CPJ will be much obliged to give it to them.
8. Pitt - I think Blewitt is gone, so we're good.
9. Duke
10. Wake
11. UCF
12. UVA - despite playing in the UVA house of horrors, we will be fine.

Really think the MJ/Dedrick midline sledgehammer up the middle behind Braun and the boys is going to just wear people out. Season should be titled "Return of the Death March". Looking like '09 offense - solid/maybe better OL, two bruisers at QB and BB, a better group of A-backs, competent receivers.

Everyone worrying about MJ needs to relax. He is a slightly more athletic 2011/2012 Tevin with much better talent around him. It's going to be different from past years where the QB (JT) has been the star, and that will be a good change for our personnel. MJ is going to be more of a point guard for this offense, and for the first time in a while we will be able to match or outmatch defenses athletically which will simplify the play-calling. The system is going to be less complex than in the past, which will allow our athletes to play a lot more loosely; the experience and athleticism at the skill positions is going to shine. With the exception of Dedrick the wonder-kid, everyone touching the ball this year has at least three years' experience running this offense.

Based on summer workouts and early word, our defense is going to be a strength, particularly d-line. Get used to hearing Antonio Simmons' name being called. Secondary is extremely talented (old guys and new) - haven't been able to capitalize on it because of no pass rush but that changes this year. The pieces are just going to fall into place and we are going to see the talent we've been sitting on but unable to reap the benefits from. Bruce and Jaquan look like they will be getting regular PT at LB too. Would also not surprise me to see Kaleb Oliver get in the mix early too.

You are my new favorite poster.

Drop Georgia down two slots and I like this list. Though UCF may be getting less respect than they deserve. The only team I don't really know much about is Wake.

You are probably right. I do not get all the Tennessee love. Again, we may very well lose to them, but that is a shit team that would finish no higher than 4th place in the ACC Coastal or ACC Atlantic. That really is a shit team with a shit coach who is riding a self-propelled hype train fueled by ESPN hype.

You can lose to a shit team and still have a great season. Alabama has done it countless times. One game doesn't define a team or season. And I am not sure I have commented one way or the other regarding how I think GT will be this year (but I will here for you: really ööööing good).

I genuinely don't expect a simple hillbilly motheröööööö to really be able to have two step logic, so don't worry pal. And I'll still tip you nice and good the next time I order a pizza.

First four are obvious, I really don't see how anyone can be argued. Pitt and UVA are the wild cards for me. One is going to be good and the other will suck, but they are matchup nightmares for us historically. I think Bronco is the better coach, but UVA has been mired in the crap for so long, they're my pick for sucking. Duke will be back this year and Cutcliffe should retire on the high more of fourth place in the coastal.

Ruthless.

I think we're going to crush Tennessee, but we'll also probably beat Central Florida 19-13 and we're certainly going to get our asses kicked by Miami. The Dodd Bowl likely will not give us a decent indication as to how either team's season will go.

Sheesh, that's trivia now?
Majors at one point, reportedly, called Fulmer "Judas Brutus" for stealing Majors' job at Tennessee while Majors was in the hospital
I don't know the accuracy of this. I've just heard it before

Well if you sign for the tip, make sure you get the decimal point right, considering you can't figure out how to spell "extraordinaire" (one r genius) you stupid motheröööööö.
