Unofficial Signing Day thread

Trying to keep this as ambiguous as possible...
My wife (grew up in Birmingham) has a family member who is best friends with the wife of Saban’s SID. Word is that Kirby has basically become a carbon copy of Hugh Freeze. I was told “expect UGA to be really good for 3 or 4 years before it all comes crashing down like it has in Oxford”

What, like hookers?

This will be fun.

I stopped following recruiting after the Tuitt debacle several years ago. Realized it takes a special kind of loser nerd to really invest much time in decisions 17 year old kids make about college.

Paul Johnson, loser nerd

Well, it is way past time we got more aggressive and stood the heck up for ourselves. We NEED to get more pissed off. We NEED to start realizing that a good football team will not devalue our degrees but maybe, just maybe might enhance them.

Meh, like CPJ says so often, IIWII.

If I wasn't just a fat nerd, and GT and Michigan came knocking, I'd laugh GT off my front door step. iiwii
Then you are officially part of the problem and not part of the solution. Michigan's got plenty... but GT has a lot to offer a young man that Michigan doesn't, too.

Funny thing about that is we care so much about morality, we dismiss our star running back for undisclosed reasons but then we get caught cheating with dumb öööö like aquarium tits or trips to Arizona.

So if you really have such inside knowledge, it is your duty to your alma mater, to your state, to your country and to everything that is holy, to use your knowledge to help destroy uga.

And to share such knowledge with the Stingtalk elders that we might use said knowledge to smote, vanquish and extirpate all things dwag and all memory of all things dwag until the very term dwag devolves into a pointer of null.

Eye roll. Give me a break man. I love GT for everything it has done to help set me up for a successful life and if I had to do it all over again, I would go to GT again. But your attitude is absurd. There are other great universities who boast great academics with great athletics. Tech is not consistently in the latter category. My point is, how could GT possibly compete with Michigan for the same athlete? They check the academic box as well as we do and they have better athletics (funding, facilities, etc). This is not a slight at Georgia Tech. It’s reality.

UGA sign the number one QB, the number one RB, and the number one OL. I know it is what it is but Ho Lee Phuc!
