The worst acting fan base (most whiney, mean, angry, etc.)

Miami fans are the worst; obnoxious and assholes. Every time they come to BDS, it seems I'm always sitting near some who just ruin the experience. Sure there are UGA fans that are the same but for the number of fans it's disproportionately high.

No, during the fall I wear it to represent the football team because I'm proud to be a Tech fan even when we're losing. Yeah sometimes we suck, and sometimes our results are embarrassing, but I'm still a huge Tech fan and I'll always support the team.

I guess we just have different perspective on sports fandom, because it's hard for me to imagine being embarrassed to say I'm a Tech fan, or embarrassed to be a fan of any of the teams I root for. That must really suck, to put so much stock into what other fans think that you're too scared to acknowledge your team in public.

I’d never be embarrassed to wear my Tech gear in public. I just don’t get that. I attended a UGA/Oregon party with my Dawg-fan bro/sis in-laws and all of their Dawg-fan friends -with exception to one guy there in Michigan gear.

I was decked out in my Tech gear -and I catch crap that none of you do, being a UGA alum who wears Tech gear and has it on his truck and is a season ticket holder.

Like you, I'm a huge tech fan and will always support the team, never embarrassed to say I'm a tech fan. But after going 10-28 and getting outscored 210-10 or whatever in the last 4 games, yeah, I'm not wearing gear, I'll sit out for a while till a spring time. But more power to you.

And I'm not alone, just look at football attendance.

I probably wore tech gear around that time, that's when we had some hope for this season, right before the Clemson game. Let me know how much you wore gear the week after ole miss

Okay, I think that finally makes it clear to me. You'll always support the team and you'll never be embarrassed to say you're a Tech fan, but if we'll lose too much you'll be too embarrassed to wear Tech gear in public and you'll resume your support for the team in spring time.

Unfortunately, you are accurate that you're not alone.

Basically. In spring I'll resume wearing gear to support the BASKETBALL team, which not embarrassing. Again, Brent Key is rapidly changing my views on my fall wardrobe
