I was really pissed about their comments about the fans in the stands. We need to do better going forward but they just had to point out there were a lot of uga people over and over.

For those of you who stuck it out and are still in that stadium ever home game, you have my utmost respect. You are what we need.

Students showed up for the team in such numbers in the upper north the portals were crushing pretty much all of the first half. Literally crushing. Security and police had to get involved. Students were climbing the side of the portal just to get into the stands. Better than our other pussy fans. I love our students. And to the one student who took a few swipes from the stands at the UGAg "fan" jawing at him as the UGAg fan came through the crushed up portal (looked like a GT student in UGAg gear), kudos to you. Get in that SOBs face.

The students absolutely showed up and did us proud.

I'm glad Budweiser is as loud as it is. Overruns that stupid "hold up your phone" lame ass öööö UGAg does. Annoyed the gaggers behind us that we overwhelmed their stupid little end of the 3rd bullshit.

I know where you park and tailgate based on research and recon. I am devising a plan of action that will be implemented September 2024. I can't reveal all, but it does involve creating a tree fort. Ded.

I started to wander y'all's way, but Dad wanted to go to the B&N bookstore. Being 80 years old, the walk from the student center over to B&N is a bit more of a walk than I like to take him on, but he doesn't complain. They did have a good 50% off clearance sale so I got a few good clearance boggins up stairs (like $8 each). That took a bit longer than we liked.

SWMBO and I went back to the Terrain to get our gear and drop off our loot and told Dad to stay outside gate 3 (next to tower), which is always the easiest gate to enter, IMO.

Dad showing up for decades and supporting GT, despite not being a grad, is what pisses me off so much. He shouldn't have to endure our "fans" who are so fickle they abandon us - essentially causing a circular culture of mediocracy. The POS's to our right and behind us sold to gaggers and that is unforgivable. Next season, if any of those POS's says anything complementary about this game with UGAg, they will be getting a "öööö off, douchebag" from me.

This. All day. If you only go to games when you think we'll win, öööö you. If you sell your tickets to the UGA game, öööö you. Alumni status doesn't make you a real fan, consistent support does. Don't lie to yourself to sleep at night.

Had some kid spelling out G E O R G I A as he walked up the aisle past me and I yelled “good for you” and clapped for him. He literally had nothing to say, which isn’t surprising.

And of course the best retort to the barking is to give them the ”Good boy” “Sit” ”Roll over” “play dead” routine.
 
I agree that the students were great this year and I hope that is something we can build on. Make it part of our traditions.

Now being loud for a Noon star will be another test.

It would be great if we could figure out a way to get them in the stadium 20-30 minutes before the kick. Need them to help with the energy when the team runs on the field.
